Strategic planning 2015-2017
With the support of SENIOR-A and REC, on 26-27 June 2015, Youth Center Borderless conducted a strategic planning seminar for 2015-2017. The aim of the activity was to help evaluate the work done so far and foster an increased performance of the organization in the next two years. Benefiting from this seminar were the Board of Directors and Youth Center “Borderless” staff, but also the group of young people the organization works with. The seminar lasted two days and was conducted at the offices of Youth Center “Borderless”. At the end, a draft of the strategy was prepared, which will be detailed in advance.
