BORDERLESS has a very positive and rewarding volunteer experience in its history. Volunteers are the main driving force of the organization.
Our volunteers come from various education backgrounds, but they share the same desire and vision to contribute in improving the communities. There is diversity in age, nationality, occupation, tradition and mentalities. The main value that volunteers share in common is the love and responsibility to contribute for a better future. As Youth Center we have taken several initiatives to empower young people. This has helped us to grown together, to work step by step in our growing plan.
Furthermore, our volunteers have been part of different projects achieving success together. We consider volunteering as an ongoing process and we are always open to new volunteers, who want to help us continue our mission in strengthening the role of young people in the society and thus support the sustainable development of the community.
